Our pilot program was so successful we're launching a great series of Career Chats this year. We will be featuring many professionals from various specialties in the health care field for the first several weeks. For our line-up and registration click here. Our Talk & Tours allow students to get a brief insight into different job clusters allowing them to explore work sites and talk to people who work in the industry. We are currently working with employers as everyone switches over to a virtual format.

P3: Professional Pop-Up Panel
Virtual!


During P3: Professional Pop UP Panel sessions, you will get a chance to meet and chat with Professionals of Color from the fields of Healthcare (Spectrum Health), Cyber Security (WMACT & Millennium Corporation), and Engineering (Progressive AE). You will get an opportunity to get up close and personal with professionals, and get an “inside scoop” into today’s job market. Sessions are 40 minutes speaking with Professionals of Color from various career pathways, and you will gain a better understanding of various industries from the professionals. As Chris Webber stated “You can’t be something until you see it”!

IT 101

Coming Soon!

Futures for Frontliners
Free Tuition for Essential Workers

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, along with leaders in education, business, labor and workforce development, launched the nation’s first program offering tuition-free college to an estimated 625,000 Michiganders who provided essential, frontline services during COVID-19 Stay Home, Stay Safe orders between April to June 2020.The funding is not only available to those in the medical field, but also essential workers in manufacturing, nursing homes, grocery stores, sanitation, delivery, retail and more.
